A personalised approach for every family
At El Centro Inglés, we understand that choosing an international, private and multilingual school is a decision that goes far beyond simple schooling. For this reason, we have created the Family Support Service (SAF), a dedicated point of contact designed to provide guidance, close support, and swift solutions to all queries related to our pupils’ educational experience.
This service has a clear purpose: to facilitate communication between the school and families, supporting them at every stage of the journey — from the initial enquiry to the completion of their education, and even beyond. At El Centro Inglés, we believe that our ECI Community extends far beyond the classroom, and that our relationship with families should endure over time.
What does the Family Support Service offer?
- Guidance from day one: from the application process through to full integration into the ECI Community.
- Efficient and personalised support: we address day-to-day matters as well as situations requiring special attention beyond the strictly academic sphere.

Communication channels for a close and accessible experience
Our families can contact SAF easily and directly:
- In person at the school premises.
- By telephone and through the various digital channels available, ensuring immediate and personalised responses.
This approach ensures that the educational experience at El Centro Inglés is supported by a service that fosters trust, transparency and quality — essential values that distinguish us as a leading educational institution in the Bay of Cádiz.

Families fully share our Mission, Vision and Values. They take an active part in School life, participating in various forums and communication channels to share their suggestions and comments.
The English Centre understands the best way to develop pupils’ potential to its best is providing family communication, and for this reason meetings are held periodically with families and with AMPA, family-tutor forums, in-situ tutorials, digital diary, circulars and other systems created exclusively for this task.(ECINET Platform)
Pupil fidelity is a key objective of our Educational Institution, both pupils and families are given the opportunity to take part in satisfaction questionnaires.
